Welcome to Wedding Whispers Bridal. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and transactions. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. General

Wedding Whispers Bridal ("we," "our," or "us") offers bridal gowns, accessories, and consignment services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and consignors interacting with our business online or in person.

2. Purchases

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Consignment

All consignment items must comply with our Consignment Agreement.
Consignors must accurately describe item condition, brand, and size.
Unsold items must be retrieved within the agreed-upon time frame. Unclaimed items may become the property of Wedding Whispers Bridal.
Wedding Whispers Bridal does not provide additional insurance for consignment gowns or accessories. Insurance is only extended to property owned by Wedding Whispers Bridal.
While we handle all merchandise with care, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to consignment items.

4. Appointments

Appointments are required for bridal fittings and consignment drop-offs.
Customers and consignors must arrive on time.
Missed or late appointments may require rescheduling.

5. Authenticity & Representation

All gowns sold are sourced from private individuals or third-party sellers.
We do not claim affiliation with any designer or brand unless explicitly stated.
While we strive to verify authenticity and condition, we do not guarantee designer authenticity unless noted.
Gowns may be pre-owned or altered.

6. Buyer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from us, buyers understand they are buying from a reseller, not directly from a designer or manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to fit, condition, or authenticity unless the item was misrepresented.
We are not liable for issues resulting from third-party alterations, even if recommended by us.
Consignors acknowledge that consignment items are stored at their own risk. Wedding Whispers Bridal does not insure consignment property.

8. Intellectual Property

Designer names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.
All website content—including images, designs, and logos—is the property of Wedding Whispers Bridal.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in-store or online is used solely to provide services and process orders.
We do not share or sell your information without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

12. Acceptance

By using our services, making a purchase, or consigning an item, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

At Wedding Whispers Bridal, we strive to provide each bride with a beautiful and stress-free shopping experience. Because of the unique nature of bridal attire, please review our return and refund policy carefully:

1. All Sales Are Final

Wedding gowns, veils, shoes, and accessories are final sale.
Due to the delicate nature of these items and the importance of maintaining their pristine condition, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been purchased.

2. Consignment & Sample Sale Items

All consignment gowns and sample sale items are sold as-is and are final sale.
We encourage customers to inspect items thoroughly before completing a purchase.

3. Special Orders

Special orders placed with designers are non-refundable.
A minimum deposit (as specified in your purchase agreement) is required to initiate an order.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

4. Alterations

Alterations are the responsibility of the bride. Wedding Whispers Bridal may recommend seamstresses but is not liable for any alteration issues or costs.

5. Store Credit Exceptions

In rare circumstances where management approves a return (excluding gowns), the customer may receive store credit only, valid for 90 days from the issue date.

6. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Customers must report any damage or defect prior to leaving the store.
Once the item leaves Wedding Whispers Bridal, we are not responsible for damages, wear, or alterations.
